Please allow me to share this 1BBL 2 Vessel Brewery Equipment with Gas Direct-Fire heating method with you.
 
Just like the other sizes of brewery equipment, this 1bbl nano-size beer brewing system also has the classic combination of 2 vessel brewhouse, which is Mash/Lauter Tun+Kettle/Whirlpool Tun+double batch HLT. The whole system is being installed on a four-wheel cart for the better moving.
 
Almost 95% of our clients who chose this system is for the purpose of homebrewing or beer recipe testing purpose.
 
Although the capacity is small, all of its configurations are designed according to strict production standards just like the other normal sizes of equipment, because we understand that for clients who love beer like us, it is both great pleasure to enjoy no matter the brewing process or the final product. So we care more about quality.
 
As you may noticed from the above photo, we configured this 10L glass grant for our clients, the glass wort grant allows the wort flowing down in natural gravity and provides a buffer between the outflow from the lauter tun and the inflow to the boil kettle. And the brewer can also observe the condition of wort entering the grant and pump it back to the mash tun until it has become enough clear.
 
As for the heating method, for your preferences, we could supply electric heating, steam heating and gas direct-fire for your options. This equipment adopted the gas direct-fire way and as you can see from the photo, we customized the black gas burner under the tanks for our clients.
 
There are some other customization to be provided except for the heating method, like the style of control panel, there are flow chart, painting and completely stainless steel one for your choices.
