Please allow me to share this 500L 2-Vessel Brewery Equipment with you today.
 
This is a set of classic 2 vessel brewhouse system of 500L brewery equipment in the above photo, it is respectively a double batch of Hot Liquor Tank, Kettle/Whirlpool Tun and Mash/Lauter Tun from left to right.
A double batch of HLT is usually being suggested considering there might be extra needs for hot water tank when a double batch of beer brewing is conducted, it could also be able to recycle the part of water that flow out of the heat exchanger to save your energy.
 
The layout of the whole brewery system is not fix, it could always be customized and designed according to your preference or to better fitted in your room layout. Our engineers are usually design a basic brewery layout for you based on your provided room dimensions or blueprints at the beginning and it will always be updated according to your further requirements and other demands.
If the space if rather limited, the HLT doesn’t have to be located very next to the brewhouse system, we could customize the hard pipes for you to connect them in a certain distance.
 
The welding details of our tanks: 100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield.
 
Interior Finish: Completely acid washing and passivization, inside polishing to 0.2~0.4μm without dead corner.
