Please allow me to share this 5BBL 2 Vessel Brewery Equipment with Electrical Elements with you.
 
This is a 2 vessel brewhouse of 5bbl brewery equipment, which has the classic combination of Mash/Lauter Tun, Kettle/Whirlpool Tun and double batch of HLT.
 
As an electric heated equipment, it has a micro difference with the other system with electric elements inside the tank. Instead, it used 3 pcs of special triclamp fitting on BK and HLT for elements.
According to our experiences, almost 90% of our clients who bought this elements usually chose this stacked style, or slanted one like the photo below:
 
And this is usually for two purposes mainly, first one is it would make the heating more evenly.
In addition, when there is different levels inside the tank, we could choose to turn any one of them on or off freely to control the heating intensity.
 
The advantage of this way is that we could always adjust the heating power freely according the conditions inside the tank.
