Here please allow me to introduce our fermentation tanks to you by some descriptions and photos in below.
 
Our fermentation tank usually comes in two different styles------with top-mounted or side-mounted manholes. The small sizes of fermentation tanks usually with top-mounted manholes and the larger sizes of fermenters with side-mounted manholes, of course the tanks could always be customized according to your preferences. The one in the above photo is a 100lt mini-size tank, for this Nano-size tanks, wheels could also be designed for your convenience of moving.
  
 
Main configurations and technical information included in the fermenters:
Cooling Jacket: Dimple plate on bottom and side wall, welded without over burning;
Sanitary side mounted oval manhole with pressured door (Top mounted available);
Top mounted double clamp 360° rotary CIP spraying ball and port;
CO2 blow-off arm with butterfly valve (Removable);
Horizontal mounted rotating racking arm and port in cone with butterfly valve;
Discharge arm with butterfly valve, removable and easy to clean;
Sanitary welded thermometer for high accuracy temperature sensor;
4 sets heavy duty foot pad with up-down and slop adjustable;
Pressure adjustable bunging valve 0.2-2.2bar for special request;
Sanitary level tube and valves for special request;
Carbonation port with stone for special request.
Besides, the dimensions of the same capacity of tanks could be customized into slender one or shorter one in reasonable ranges according to your request.
