Our glycol chilling system consists of glycol water tank(normally double size than fermenters), two sets of chillers, glycol water pump, pipeline and solenoid valve for glycol water controlling.

Here is my introduction about our cooling system, please check as below picture.

Firstly, It has a glycol water tank to storage cold glycol water, that is a kind of mixture glycol and water. Chiller can automatically control the temperature you have set. The Temp of liquid can be 0~ minus10℃.
Secondly, The cold glycol water is used for cooling hot wort that have finished boiling and whirlpool. Heat exchanger have two types, two stage(cold city water and glycol water at the same time) and single stage(only cold city water).
Thirdly, When beer is fermenting, glycol water is used for controlling beer fermentation temperature.

If you are interested in this kind of cooling system, we’ll share some advantages of heat exchanger for wort and beer cooling in next email.
