How to unload beer fermenters from container in brewery equipment?

Tool preparation:
1.Buckle fastener or some strong rope;
2.One or two forklift;
3.Wrench and other some basic tools;
4.At least 3 people(Strong guys are better).

Unloading process:
1.Loose all fixed belt and screw spike;
2.Use a forklift to pull the fermenter to the edge of the container;
3.For 1500L fermenter, a forklift is enough as below

For 3000L fermenter, we suggest to use two forklift as below.

One forklift support 3000L fermenter like above picture while other forklift is pulling 3000L fermenter out of container.

P.S. It’s OK to be slow, but be sure to be safe.

4.If the height of brewery gate is over than height of tanks.
These tanks can be firstly made stand up outside your brewery, then vertically transported into your brewery space.

If the height of brewery gate is less than height of tanks.
These tanks need to be firstly transported into brewery, then slowly and carefully made stand up again.

The fermenters are heavy, please avoid bumping, and pay attention to safety.
Any questions please timely contact us.
