How to wire your electric heating elements of 500L brewery system?

When you’re looking to set up a brewery, choosing the heating method that suits you is a key issue you have to face.
For brewhouse systems ranging from 200L to 800L, electric heating is the best choice for many people.
Electric heating has the highest utilization rate of energy, and the heating speed is very fast.
Compared with steam and direct fire heating, this heating method has the lowest investment in equipment, saves space, and has no government certification restriction, so it is easier to implement.

Here I am trying to explain the wiring of the heating element.

-1. All heating elements are divided into two groups as below.

The three heating elements circled in blue 1 is the first heating group, which can be used to heat the lower wort or water when the liquid level is higher than the highest point of the heating elements;

And the three heating elements circled in blue 2 area is the second group of heating unit, which should be used when more water or wort into the tank and the liquid level is higher than its highest point;

The heating element in blue 3 area is a back-up.
If you have any one heating element met problem, we can use this one instead of.

And in addition to, we also packed one or two separate heating elements as back-up for you.
Please kindly check them in the packages.

-2. Before wiring the heating elements, please firstly use two thicker cables to connect four terminals as below.

-3. Then six fire lines need to be wired into control cabinet as below:
