1.Cleaning pressure should be above 1.0 bar. If it cannot be reached, you can choose to add water in the brewhouse system and clean through the brewhouse pump.
 
2. It is forbidden to enter the fermenter immediately after use.
The concentration of carbon dioxide inside is too high and can easily suffocate.
 
If you need to enter, you need to replace the carbon dioxide inside the tank with air to ensure that the carbon dioxide is emptied.When entering, make sure all valves and manholes are open.
And there are people on site, do not enter the fermenter without permission.
 
3. It must wear protective equipment when operating.
Forbid direct contact of limbs with caustic and hydrogen peroxide.
 
4. Always open the sampling port during the cleaning process, and close it after the cleaning is completed.
 
5. After the caustic cleaning, before the water washing, open the beer outlet first.
No negative pressure after closing the beer outlet valve for cleaning.
 
6. It is forbidden to disinfect the fermenter with hot water.

 
After hot cleaning of conical fermentation tank,Low-temperature water cleaning (such as below 10 ℃) is strictly prohibited immediately.
 
If the use of low-temperature water cleaning, stainless steel beer fermenter is easy to deformation due to negative pressure.
 
Stainless steel conical beer fermenter should be cooled to room temperature (30 ℃ or less) before rinsing.
