Separated Control Panel For Brewhouse And Cellar

Separated Control Panel For Brewhouse And Cellar

In the past, for breweries, brewhouse control and fermenting system control usually combined to one set control cabinet. Nowadays, more and more brewers prefer separated control cabinets. That is to say, one for brewhouse, and one for cellar.
We also recommend this solution.

There are some advantages:

a. The electric components for brewhouse controlling are usually used for temperature raising, while the electric components for fermentation system controlling are usually used for temperature decreasing.
Separating them would prevent them from interfering with each other and simplify the electric wiring and operation.
Also it will be more operable when you add more fermenters for expanding.

b. The power of fermenters and BBTs control need to be opened all year round to maintain the temperature.
Separating them could save energy, also could avoid the wrong operation which may cause brewhouse system running.

Anything else?
