A set of 1000L brewhouse system was just finished in Tiantai Workshop, and it looks wonderful.

If your venue has enough space, we really recommend that you consider installing a cold water tank in your brewery.
And then pair it with a single-stage cooling heat exchanger, it is really comfortable to use.
In this way, the cooling speed is not only fast and safe, but more importantly, the energy of the brewery can be better utilized to save energy as so to protect the environment.

When sight glass needs to be installed in a high position of the pipework, we recommend that it must be installed vertically, because only in this way can it be filled with wort at any time so that we can observe the clarity of the wort better.

Our rake is not only very smooth but also powerful.
In order to better meet the needs of different processes, we have configured VFD control and reversal functions for it.
For 1000L lauter tun, our standard is an easy-to-lifting manual spent grist dozer.

All stainless steel plate heat exchanger.
This ensures that all the wort is well cooled and not frozen within 40 minutes.
