1. The hydrator is generally connected to the silo or flexible conveying. There is a small umbrella-shaped column in the middle of the hydrator, which makes the malt and water more even when mixed into the mash tun.



2. There is a small baffle when the wort reflux enters the mash/lauter tun. The main function of this is to avoid the strong impact of the wort on the bad layer, so that there is a buffer, and the wort will disperse and fall on the bad layer without compacting the bad layer.



2. There are two level tubes on the Mash/Lauter Tun, one connected to the upper part of the filter plate and one connected to the lower part of the filter plate. Mainly to balance the stress. When the liquid level tube connected to the lower part of the filter plate is lower than the liquid level tube on the upper part of the filter plate, it means that there is negative pressure in the lower part of the filter plate, which needs to be dealt with in time to avoid deformation of the filter plate.



2. There is a small baffle at the outlet of the wort in the Kettle/whirlpool Tun, the main function is to prevent the thermal coagulation from flowing out with the wort, so as to make the wort more pure.
