Please allow me to share the multiple brewhouse combinations of our brewery equipment with you.
In order to provide better services for our clients, after the studying and researching of over 20 years, our technical team designed multiple brewhouse combinations for all sizes of brewery system based on productivity requests or space limitations as well as personal operation styles, including the classic 2 vessel brewhouse (Mash/Lauter Tun+Kettle/Whirlpool Tun+HLT), the 3 vessel brewhouse(Mash Tun+Lauter Tun+Kettle/Whirlpool Tun), and combined 3 vessel brewhouse(Mash/Lauter&Whirlpool Tun+kettle Tun), etc.
Now please allow me to introduce them with photos and details for your better reading and understanding, hope they can help you get a better understanding of our equipment and find your wanted configurations for your brewery as well.
1. The classic 2 vessel brewhouse:
 
This combination is the most popular choice among our clients due to its easy operation and reasonable arrangement. It includes a Mash/Lauter Tun, a Kettle/Whirlpool Tun and a double batch of HLT.
 
2. The 3 vessel brewhouse:
 
For 3 tank brewhouse, we usually provide 3 options:
Mash/Lauter Tun+Kettle Tun+Whirlpool Tun+HLT
Mash Tun+Lauter Tun+Kettle/Whirlpool Tun+HLT
Mash/Kettle Tun+Lauter Tun+Whirlpool Tun+HLT
Among these three combinations, almost 90% of our clients chose the second one, through this way we could manage to realize 2 batches per day to improve the productivity.
3. Combined 3 vessel brewhouse:
 
In all of our brewhouse combinations, the combined 3 vessel one is fancied by small part of our clients relatively, it looks rather compact——it is indeed, when combined by Mash&Lauter/HLT Tun and Kettle/Whirlpool Tun, to save your space if the height limit is allowed.
4. The 4 vessel brewhouse:
 
The classic combination of Mash Tun+Lauter Tun+Kettle Tun+Whirlpool Tun+HLT.
The greatest advantage of this combination is it realizes multiple batches per day, it usually being used in relatively large size of breweries especially has a high productivity requirement, but if the space and budget allows, this will also be a good choice for micro breweries as well.
