The advantages of our fermentation tank

*Our fermenters are jacketed and insulated.
Our tanks insulated with high density Polyurethane foam;
Thickness is 80mm, it can effectively prevent the loss of cooling capacity, and ensure the quality of beer.
Glycol Jacket: Dimpled plate on cone and side, the jacket thickness is about 1.5mm.



*Materials
All the stainless steel we use in our products are truly sanitary SUS 304 food grade.
And for all the interior finish of the tank, it has been pickled and passivated with 0.2 - 0.4 μm  without dead corner.
All the raw materials are purchased from the largest steel plant in China, with quality certificate.

*Stringent tank leakage test by water and pressured gas
Fermenters are pressure tanks, it must pass strictly test to avoid leakage with six times, each time need 48hours.
