The method of adding yeast



1)Dry adding

Putting suitable cooling wort in the yeast feeder, and then take the amount of yeast required 0.6%-0.8% after clean and storage yeast paste which drain the top clean water add into the yeast feeder. Make the wort and yeast evently mixing. Last send the yeast to fermenter mix with the wort by sterilize compressed air.
 
2)Wet adding

Adding partial 10℃-15℃ wort in the yeast feeder, and add required yeast keeping 10-12 hours so that the yeast recovery activity. After breeding mix the yeast with wort in the fermenter.
 
3)Segmentation

It usually used for cultivating and expanding first yeast species or yeast inadequate supply at
Produce site.
 
4)Continuours adding

Ventilation and yeast adding can execute in the same vessel. For the yeast evently distribute in
the fermenter, yeast also need evently adding when the wort flow into vessel.
 
5)Additional method

Adding the wort into fermenters that already fermentation. The yeast will activate again due to fresh wort into fermenter. Fermentation will go on directly.
