Here we’d like to introduce some customization services we provide for our fermenter/fermentation tanks to you, if you are looking for some tanks for expanding your business, feel free to contact us for more interested information please!

Material: Choose the material for the fermenter's construction. Stainless steel is common due to its durability and ease of cleaning, but other materials like SUS 316 or red copper are also available to be provided for options, especially for specialized brewing needs.
 
Sizes/Dimensions:
The specific sizes of the fermenters are available to be designed based on venue conditions, for example, the tanks can be slim-and-higher if space is limited and shorter if there are height limits.
Manholes:
From the technical point of view, usually the top mounted manholes are suggested for smaller size of fermenters especially under 1000l considering the insulation effects, and side manholes are suggested for bigger tanks considering the easy observation and cleaning. But if there are some space/height limits or special using requirements, both manhole styles are available to be equipped for all size of tanks.
 
 
Insulation&Jacket:
Tanks are available to be customized into Single/Double layer jackets, with or without insulation based on real requests. The standard configurations for jacket of fermenters would be double layer with insulation, but when under the cases that some of our customers who expected to put the fermenters into the cold room, single jacket is available to be equipped to save the cost.
Exterior Finish: the exterior finish of the fermenter are available to be customized into mirror head or oil brushed to match your brewery's branding, logos are okay to be customized on the tanks body.
