What aeration device is commonly used in your brewery system/equipment?

We know that beer fermentation requires a large amount of yeast. Yeast is a facultative microorganism that grows and reproduces under aerobic conditions and carries out alcoholic fermentation under anaerobic conditions. Yeast needs to multiply before entering the fermentation stage, which requires oxygen, so we must provide enough oxygen to the yeast.
During beer brewing, wort aeration is the only opportunity to provide oxygen to the yeast. The yeast can consume the oxygen provided within a few hours without affecting the quality of the wort.

Aeration device

Aeration stone: It is to put an aeration stone in the necked pipe, and the compressed air is sprayed into the wort through the fine holes of the aeration stone to form tiny bubbles, so as to achieve the purpose of oxygenation.

Venturi tube: It is a section of pipe with different cross-sections. It is tightened from both ends to the middle. The smallest place in the middle is called the throat. The place with the smallest cross-section has the highest flow rate and the lowest pressure. The sterile air branch pipe is connected here, and the high-flow rate wort can inhale the sterile air and disperse it into tiny bubbles, so that the air and the wort are in close contact, thus achieving The purpose of dissolved oxygen in wort.
