What are the process requirements for vessels used for beer packaging?

What are the process requirements for vessels used for beer packaging?
Because beer is a weakly acidic Co2-containing unstable colloidal solution, and it is required to change the taste and body properties
during the shelf life after packaging into commodities, which is a high technical requirement for beer packaging vessels.
1. The quality requirements of beer packaging bottles are carried out in accordance with the national standard GB4544.
Since the beer is pressurized, the internal pressure of each bottle is generally 0.2-0.3MPA.
In order to reduce costs, most beer manufacturers recycle old beer bottles. The quality of the recycled bottles is also required to meet the requirements of GB4544.
The "national standard" recommends that the recycling bottles have a service life of 2 years.
2. The container for packaging beer must be able to withstand a certain amount of pressure. According to the requirements of GB4544,
the vessel for brewing beer has an internal pressure resistance of not less than 1.2 MPa, and the vessel for brewing beer has an internal pressure resistance of not less than 0.3 MPa,
and these packaging vessels are required to be easily sealed and opened.
3. The packaging vessel should be resistant to acid and corrosion, but it should not contain alkaline free substances to prevent chemical changes with acidic substances in beer.
4. The color of beer bottles is generally dark brown or green, mainly to prevent deterioration of the beer after sun exposure, oxidative turbidity.
5. If the packaging vessel uses the inner wall coating, the coating is required to be firm and does not fall off, and the coating must not contain substances that affect beer taste or toxic.
The thickness of the aluminum material of the can is 0.28-0.29mm, the thickness of the aluminum material is 0.27-0.28mm,
and the strength index and the integrity of the inner coating are performed according to the national standard GB9106.
6. Barrels of barreled beer should be made of stainless steel, and the capacity should be suitable for market requirements.
