What is your average mashing efficiency at your 1kl beer brewing equipment/ brewhouse ?
For the mashing efficiency, If so, it is about 74%-79% but it has many factors which will effect the mashing efficiency.

a) THE MALTS .
There is a saying: the best brew starts with the best malts. As you know, there are lots of amylase
and protease already exist in the high quality grain malts which help convert the starches into sugars.
That is to say, higher quality malts can produce much more extraction.

b) THE BREWHOUSE.
The process of extraction of the malt must go through some different heating temperature stage,
which requires efficient heating capacity and accurate temperature sensor of the tanks.
We adopt high quality rock wool as the insulation of the brew kettle and use dimple stainless steel jacket and high quality temperature sensor to the brewhouse, so we promise you the high capacity of the tanks.

C) The mashing methods: like infusion mashing or decoction mashing. A longer time mashing can get a higher mashing efficiency.

So to brew a good beer, it is very important to cooperate with an experienced beer brewing company and have a great brew master! :-)
