Open-Top Stainless Steel Tanks:
 

Open-top tanks allow for greater oxygen exposure during fermentation, which can influence the development of certain wine characteristics, especially in red wines,
 
They are commonly used for fermenting red wines that require punch-down or pump-over techniques to mix the fermenting grape skins with the juice,
Open-top tanks are available in various sizes and may feature removable drop-lids or covers for sanitation and temperature control.
 

Close-top tanks provide a sealed environment for fermentation, allowing winemakers to control temperature, manage oxygen exposure, and prevent contamination.
All sizes available to be manufactured, jackets and temperature control systems equipped to regulate fermentation temperature.
